To win back the love of his life, Eric's going to need a little training. Enter his namesake, one Eric Cantona!

Eric Bishop is a middle-aged postman, whose life is slipping through his own fingers. His chaotic family, his wild stepsons, and the cement mixer in the front garden don't help, but it is Eric's own secret that drives him to the brink. Can he face Lily, the woman he once loved?

Having lost all his bearings, Eric Bishop desperately prays to the poster of his idol, another Eric, French footballer Eric Cantona. When the latter appears just like a genie out of Aladdin's lamp, Eric is taken on a journey into the most perilous territory of all - the past.
